We will let Pollard leave in free agency, pick up the cheapest free agent running back we can find on the market and add a back somewhere in the draft. Maybe a little higher than we did this year since we did tag Pollard to be our lead.

Yeah, that's why so many teams are looking for them, it's easy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The backs who get yards running through gaping holes are easily found. However, you're missing the fact that the RB who can get the tough yards are very hard to find and incredibly valuable, even though they don't get paid as such.
