Who's Going To Cover Braylon Edwards, Henry Or Newman?

Braylon Edwards would normally line-up on Henry's side of the field but wondering if the Cowboys will have Newman shadow Edwards all over the field.

Edwards has size and speed combo. It would make sense that Newman would cover the speedy Edwards.

What do you think? Do the Cowboys have Newman or Henry cover Edwards?

If I had my say, which I don't, I'd go Newman.

Umm.. I think it depends on which side Braylon lines up. As far as I know, unless Cowboys have changed their scheme, they don't switch CB sides. Unless in Nickel, when Newman is going to go inside and probably Henry also on TE.

I would say it would be Newman or Adam Jones on Edwards, on obvious passing downs. Henry will move inside on dime, nickel packages etc and cover Winslow the TE, expect a lot of that from Henry.

newman normally gets the opposing teams' #1 WR, so more than likely it will be him vs. braylon

It's entirely possible we have done it a few times but I don't remember any specifically. As a general rule, we don't.

that was in the old nickel and dime packages (with Roy).. now with no Roy to cover TEs, that responsibility falls to Henry, so newman will cover Edwards in the nickel and dime
