Who's gone and what needs to change

List whoever you think should lose their jobs, get cut, traded, etc. this offseason?

Definitely gone:

• Mike Zimmer - should have lost his DC job 4 years ago.
• Terrell Owens - Not the type of player/character to build long-term winning teams with.
• Marco Rivera - Great, positive character, but for the price tag we're paying him we need much better production. Spend it on someone else as Rivera at his age will only decline.

Possibly gone:

• Bill Parcells - Not the same coach he used to be. He used to coach with fire and intensity, now he seems numb and tired. Plus this whole will he stay/go after every season is not good for a team or attracting FAs. Not to mention his stubborness and its possible effects on gameplans and adjustments.
• Julius Jones - Let me say I love JJ, so I don't want him gone. But the 2nd half of the season was awful for him. He ran out of gas and has no burst into the line anymore. Some fault may be on the oline, but for the speed JJ has, he needs to show consistent explosiveness in his carries.

Needs to change:

• Defensive scheme - I think the pass defense is more a result of the poor coaching and cover schemes. I think FS still needs to be addressed, but Watkins has the leg up if he improves this offseason. The defensive line needs to be coached more aggressively in terms of stunts and allowing Spears/Canty to attack more than read/react and play the run.

Bingo. It doesn't matter what scheme we run. We just need a DC who knows what the hell he is doing. Right now we don't.

I don't care what coach or player you plug in, i'm now convinced that until Jerry Jones quits posing as a "football guy" and GM that nothing or no one can or will turn this team around. They crumble every December going all the way back to the Switzer days. Jerry Jones, not any coach sets the mentality of this team and organization not Parcells or anyone else. It will never change but I can always hope it does.

Just look at this we're taking a beat down to a 2-13 team, really taking a beat down to ourselves.

Man, I usually don't go for this stuff.....but after our two pathetic performances the past two weeks, I'm game.

Zimmer......Ok, I've been willing to give this guy the benefit of a doubt. But we've got to shake something up.

TO.....I wasn't for bringing the guy here in the first place. He's been our best player offensively, but it's only a matter of time before he explodes.

Rivera....He's been our worst OL. I remember when we signed him a couple of years ago. I never could figure out why we didn't go after his teammate Wahle. He's one of the worst signings we've made the past few years. I like the guy personally. But he was older, and on the decline. We paid him big $$$.

Yeah, alot goes on Bill but these pathetic trends go all the way back to 2 years after Jimmy left, the only year that they slid back in Dec. and got it together was in '95. Down hill ever since except for the '96 playoff victory, really down hill since then.
