Lots of peeps to blame on the coaching staff. 3 coaches whose players fell on their faces in the 2021 season.

The biggest share of the blame, in me mind, goes to
1. Kellen "Mr. Ed" Moore
2. The QB coach Doug Nussmeier
3. RBs coach Skip Peete

What are your picks for coaches in the hot seat?
Hollah!

This wont be popular, however, if Moore's devising plays that give us 4th best separation in the NFL (Ok its PFF generated stat) and having his most senior RB running off one leg (and to be fair Pollard is not built to play up the middle).... is Moore a major problem?

Mr. Ed is el bosso dela ofencia.
He has to fall on his sword and spare Lil' Peete and Nussy.

I wouldn't mind an offensive cleanse. There's nothing great about any of them.

No one in the hot seat. Doesn't matter how bad a HC Mike is Jerry isn't making a change.

Kellen Moore has to go. You cant have a mediocre/middle of the road coordinator and a mediocre/middle of the road QB, they cant help each other and in the end it always catches up with us. And being that we’re stuck with this buffoon Dak, we need a coordinator that can exploit of the strengths of our best players and Moore has shown he isnt that guy.

If not Moore, then the OL coach. Our line is too talented to be this bad. They were destroyed routinely this year

Moore and Philbon need to go. O-line has been atrocious the second half of the year. Moore’s offense was figured out after Denver and he zero adjustments. Also not playing Pollard more when you knew your other RB was playing with injury is enough to be fired for.

Is the O-Line coach gone yet. There should be no hot seat for him. Just pack your bags. Looking at all the penalties that coaching could corrected on the O-Line. Had to pull Williams for the holding.. It’s there hand and foot work. I bet it’s been changed from it used to be. I know the blocking style has. No more power blocking. Just absorb the rush and get pushed back into the qb face..

Business as usual.

This will be the same team next year, but worse because of the lack of cap space, and maybe minus Quinn and Moore.

9-8 or 8-9 next season.

Good points. When we rolled over teams and scored at will was Moore given all the credit?

Minus a few WR that was contributing. Minus Defense starters. We have to restructure somewhere. Hope to draft immediate impact players. If we have a good draft maybe we score 3. We need to drop Williams. He is a liability. Maybe Collins. There goes 2 starters from a undisciplined O-Line. Tyron will miss some games. IMO this was our year with the most talent. First 7 games we played well. Then lost the run and till the end Dak didn’t run with it. Losing the run game and penalties killed us. Defense respected lesser qbs to much. Needed pressure and gots none. Lol.

I am less pumped for the upcoming season.,

The next 3 years this team will be worse and worse each year because of cap space.

That's why I said that if Jerry was smart and wanted to win he would use the next 3 years to rebuild. Make ZERO "win now" type of moves. There is no "win now" situation with Dak. The only player that should be on a big contract after 3 years is Parsons. Maybe Lamb and Diggs, but they still have more to prove. Zeke, Smith, Lawrence, Gregory, Martin, Pollard, Cooper, LVE, Gallup, Schultz all those guys should be gone by the 3 year mark unless they take dirt cheap deals. Also, you can keep McCarthy right now if you want. He'll just be a placeholder like Dak. In the meantime we should be building through the draft and maybe a young FA here and there so when Dak's contract is up we can have a solid foundation in place for a real QB and head coach to take over.
