I don't understand. This is supposed to be such a horrible draft yet there are still a bunch 2nd round quality players available? The move was to go up for Unger which would not have cost much at all. Having 12 picks on day two is a joke when both NY and Philly got better today. Three years from now, we will be lucky to have two players from this draft still on the team, much less contributing! Like I said, I'm still very pissed. At least if the trade was good value but they even got their *** handed to them valuewise.

add in herman johnson, stephen mcgee, lardarius webb, jason williams, mike thomas,

there are players stil there, just have to wait and see what they do tomorrow in the 3rd to 5th rounds

remember now, the cowboys got jason witten in 3rd, erik williams in 3rd, mark stepnoski in 3rd, marion barber in 4th, chris canty in 4th, bradie james in 4th,

so players are there, just have to wait now and see how good our scouts are, and notice now, jerry jones didnt get antsy and traded away a bunch of picks to move way up to get one player

Not moving up to get rey Maaluga(Sp) or Unger may have been a mistake, but there may not have been willing partners. With that said, the value in this draft is in the later rounds, That doesn't mean that there was no god players early, just that the difference would be slight compared to the money you would have to pay.

There are lots of good players left! If we stay withe our current picks or MOVE UP, then I think we will be fine. The fear I have is Jerry getting too cute and trading down more and more. Eventually you have to pick.
