Duke Robinson...Herman Johnson..Eric Wood picked 2,3,3(trade up) and Jason Phillips in the 4th to spell Brooking and eventually take over.

This is just dreaming but we'd have the best O-line for the next 10 years...We'd never have to draft interior lineman for awhile haha

I'd be down..anyone else!?!

LOL.. I just did a mock and no matter what I took the highest rated player based on the website's rankings..

The Cowboys first four picks were Duke Robinson, Herman Johnson, Fenuki Tupou, and Jason Watkins. While we would be ignoring some other glaring holes I think we would be set at offensive line for years.

:laugh2: It's too bad Leonard Davis is so legit at G and still he's only 30..Kosier isn't all that bad either and the brains of our O-line..

But still..Herm,Wood and Duke at 22 years old..They could anchor that line for years..

dont think you want to take 3 offensive linemen with first 3 picks, spread it out a little;

we have more needs than offensive line, while we do need offensive linemen, we do need a safety, linebacker, big NT, possibly cornerback and speedy wr and backup qb,

get those with maybe a pure bruising fullback, i think the cowboys willbe fine

The Cowboys need to get Cory Proctor on the next train out of town, but S, OG, ILB, and NT are going to make this tough to do unless you draft a guy lower, like the guy from Maryland or took Anthony Parker (Tennessee).

If the Cowboys draft a center early, which his going to be tough to do (unless he's the best guy and you are stuck) when you consider their needs, they will draft Wood or Caldwell, imo. Wood has risen. He's a solid second rounder. I think Caldwell in round three would be the most probable option unless they took Wood at 51. Also, I think the Dolphins will grab one of these two guys.

I don't think Herman Johnson gets out of round 2. If he gets past Dallas, some team will nab him. He's too good of a player to slide into round 3. He's a high character guy.

Drafting two offensive linemen (2nd and 3rd) wouldn't upset me with the first 2 picks if the board dictates it.

Don't forget Phil Loadholt. Everyone "thinks" he's a RT, only, but does Dallas think that. Scott Wright says he could be a decent LT. Teams like Dallas want guys like Loadholt at LT. Marcus McNeil and Loadholt are both 6-8 and now, Loadholt is down to around 330, and he's looked much quicker and moved his feet better. He's had a very good post-season. He played at 345. That's too heavy. Plus, he only played 2 years of big time football. He was a junior college transfer. He's not done developing.

He's the darkhorse, imo. # 51

I really don't think Herman Johnson will amount to anything. I know he's getting his weight down, but I think of Aaron Gibson when I think of him
