ESPN was just doing a segment on whose autograph you'd want and why. I thought it might be fun to play here. So who's autrgraph, alive or dead, active or retired, would you want and, why? Limited to FB players, not necessarily Cowboys.

For me, it would br Roger Staubach. He was the first QB I ever saw win a Super Bowl. I had heard about him, but I was a kid, and this was the first Super Bowl I got to sit down and watch with my parents and my brother(who was a Steeler Fan). I didn't realize how ugly the first half was, but when they started runnign trough them in the second, the pass to Butch, the Heave by Newsom, I was in love with this team. And my favorite player was Roger. So that' who'd I'd go with.

tony romo, miles austin, michael irvin just to name a few.

I am going to assume you mean sportsman

Babe Ruth
Jim Thorpe

Roger Staubach and Nolan Ryan. My two favorite athletes ever.

John Wayne, my favorite actor.

Australian billionaire Peter J. Daniels. I would love to meet him and get a personally autographed copy of one of his books. The man has more balls than any sports figure could ever hope to have. Yeah, I just insulted your hero. :D

Any football player, living or dead?

Tom Landry---and he was a player with the Giants.

...Tom Landry.

I believe he meets the criteria of being a football player. All pro Giants 54'.

Its not the autograph that would be of value to me, but rather a chance to sit down with the man and talk football strategy. He would be a fabulous joruney through a slice in football time from 1950-1980.

That would be fun.

George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Benjamin Franklin, and probably Albert Einstein. I've had sports autographs before. I sold them off as I realized they had no real value to me. The guys I listed above I deeply admire as humans that changed the world.

I'm sure there are a couple of others. Probably Darwin, and a few other Presidents.

I have a massive Cowboys autograph collection now and I have gotten all of my heroes except one. Bob Hayes. That is the one I want most right now.
