Parcells for letting a MO - ron like Payton run the club or Payton for sitting on a 10-0 lead?
Payton was run out of New York for a reason.

Terrible job by this staff -all of them from Bill down.

the skins have a good defense so give them some credit- the bigger problem is the complete meltdown by the defense in the 4th.... 5 draft picks and $30 million well spent by JJ trying to upgrade that unit.

I think the playcalling was great for a team that's going to blitz a lot. We never changed the playcalling though because the blitzes never came.

Really when it comes down to it, we got outcoached. Washington came with a great gameplan.

Exactly. Our coaching, or lack there of, loss this game. Once again we play not to lose instead of playing to win. How about rushing more than four players? How about actually trying to score touchdowns. Even Madden ripped our horrible playcalling.

Payton called a bad game period.

We didn't even try after we got up 13.

number 1...3rd and 15 and you run the football in the redzone...awful

number 2...4 and 4 and you run a three yard pattern and then you throw that receiver the ball

number 3...let the worst offense in football score 14 points with 4 minuters left in the 4th quarter with the same play twice burning roy williams and aaron glenn....(#@*($#(*)@#&)#&++*)@#&#&&(*)@#+)#@()#()&@#)*

I agree 100% Parcells let this one go with Marty ball type of a game plan. STUPID STUPID game. This one hurts so much it will sting for weeks to come. And watching that freaking hypocrite Gibbs celebrate like he just won the freaking superbowl is crap. last year he would not even look Parcells in the face after the game. I hope the Boys hang 60 points on these chumps in a few months.

Sean Payton needs to be replaced. Does Bill or Jerry not remember him being replaced during midseason with the Giants for the same thing?

BP is old fashion, and we need someone who is mean spirited, and who teaches his team to attack no matter what.

But what did we do ? We dinked and dunked all over the place, and it came back to kill us. it's pathetic!

And Bledsoe missed receivers all over the field, his armed looked weak as the game went on.

I question BP's strategy to put a slot CB on their best receiver. No way Glenn should have been covering that receiver, while Newman was in the damn slot.

BP needs to look at himself, because this is his last year if he continues with that conservative over-coaching crap!

I completely disagree. The foreskins won this game because of our mental breakdowns - 2 major ones on D, and Flozell's holding penalty.

The game plan was fine - the stats favored us to win. 77-0 with a 13 point lead in Q4. +2 Turnover Ratio. The D was playing stout all night.

It was a fluke, statistically speaking. Props to the Skins, though. They hung in and made the plays when they counted.

Maybe just maybe tomorrow the refs will say they made bad calls, and give us the win?

It's kind of hard to try when you don't even have the ball. As soon as we got up by 13, the Commanders scored their first TD.

Or were you talking about the DEFENSE not trying? Because they're the ones who collapsed after getting the Skins into a third-and-27 from their own 21-yard line.

I don't see how you can blame Payton. He's not the one who committed a penalty to wipe out a first down that could have sealed the victory, or dropped the ball when he had a first-down catch inside the Commanders' 38-yard line when we needed a field goal to win it, or didn't even field a punt and let it roll around for nine seconds.
