Where is the defensive wizadry?

Has there ever been a more useless coach? I think I'm even wishing for Norv Turner, and I was really against him coming here, he was a TERRIBLE head coach for his career, but at least his Chargers team hasn't gotten that much worse under his tenure, hell, I think his O has gotten even better, and that's w/o a TO
