Why all the tipped INTs?

I can't remember any season with so many tipped INTs and pick sixes against us. And when I say tipped, I mean by our receiver. It seems like we have had 15 receiver touched INTs and 8-10 pick sixes.

On a lot of these throws, the QB is simply inaccurate and the receiver is trying to make a play, but the rest, a well-delivered ball just bounces off ol butterfingers.

Have secondaries figured out Garrett's passing attack, or are we just really unlucky this year?

Most of them the receiver wasn't ready and should have caught it.

Last night, Kitna threw the ball behind Roy Williams and he did what he could to try and catch it, but I wish he let it go.

How much of it is the QB rushing his pass b/c of the pressure coming at him?

the offensive problems start w/ that Oline.

It has just been one of those years. It happens.

Some of the plays have been on the WR and some on the QB.

The football gods have not looked down favorably on the team this year.

Some of it's just bad luck. Balls get tipped. We have just had the kind of bad luck where the ball just happens to soar right into a defender.

Its funny...never see NE, Indy, the Giants, Philly, NO worrying about luck...must just be a Dallas thing.

By the way this is not a shot at you, just an overall observation.

I think this is about 80% of it.

And almost every player has been guilty of it. RB's, WR's, TE's. The only ones who haven't got in on the fun has been the OL. But hey, there is one game left so you never know!

(yes, I know generally if an OL tipped the ball it's a penalty)

None of our problems on offense will change without massive improvement from our offensive line.

Honestly, I don't get how this group has fallen off so hard and fast. People talk about the defense falling off from last year, but I just don't quite get how this offensive line was so dominant in 2007, and looked so poor in '08, '09 and '10. Sad thing is with an offensive line, there is no real quick fix, as so much depends on the cohesiveness of the unit. Thus, revamping it and trying to "plug in holes" can only do so much.

Regardless, something needs to be done with it, because it is a serious impediment to winning. Too many unintelligent players up front to win consistently.

If our own guys are tipping the balls to opponents, how would "figuring out" the passing game come into play? If you saw DB's constantly planting and jumping routes, that'd be one thing. But that isnt the case.

Its called L-U-C-K, and we just havent had much of it this year.

RW11 .... all I know is that bad things seem to happen more often than not when the ball is close to him.

Not saying it is his fault. But it sure seems to happen often.

He has the taint of a loser. That's just what I think of him. Even when he plays big, the Cowboys usually lose.

Maybe it is luck, but it seems like the DBs have been in perfect position to pick of a ton of passes. It seems like 50% of our tips go to the D., way more than you'd expect even if we're unlucky.

Is it coincidence or strategy? It happens too much to be simple luck.

It is mind numbing how many there have been.

I know right? Approaching Miles Austin status.

He has a horrible hand technique.
Observe him,and you will see it.

Starts with Colombo. The rest played pretty well.

4 to Austin
1 to Witten
1 to Bennett
1 to Williams
1 to... Jones?

Might be one more somewhere or it might be the one I'm not sure about with Jones, and not the Free non-block that resulted in a tipped INT to Bennett, because it wasn't Bennett who tipped it.
