you know why, we all keep hoping that if we burn through enough players/coaches we will find the issue...but deep down we all know why and it sucks because it isn't fixable....
Yep. Jerry and sucker low I.Q. Dallas fans ready to give away their money are the problem. They both deserve each other.

Take a listen. Apparently Turpin and Sam Willians had a victory party planned for Sunday night. Like *** is this? Why is this such a clown show?

Clown owner and his family
Spineless HC
Garbage QB

The best way to think about the Cowboys is that this is not a football team, this is a reality show with an attached football progam

alot of people were fans before Jerry, its not low IQ or suckers, we root for the team...it happens to have a bad owner now...its no deeper than that.
Jerry has no impetus to change his ways as long as Cowboy fans continue to fork over their money to him. If people won't withold revenue from Jerry then they become part of the machine.

And such people have no basis to complain about the hideous monster they help to feed year in, year out.

Jerry Jone’s country club culture started with the Switzer hire.

Aikman hated it because the Cowboys could not win another SB with it; because the players could get away with not doing their jobs properly.

It's not the players. I think it truly is the organizational culture.

You think a guy like Turpin who has had to GRIND to get into the NFL is at his core is the type of person? Absolutely not.

Is it possible that the organization he is immersed in has signaled that this is the norm and acceptable to the point where it changes his behavior to become part of it? Absolutely.
