a) Wade's body language on the sidelines? How does this man exude any leadership? Imagine Geroge Washington leading the troops at Valley Forge with that same expression on his face...(okay exageration but you get my point),

b) Buehler? New Orleans benches a kicker who helped win them a Super Bowl with a HUGE on sides kick. We let a guy who never kicked a field goal in college get on the job training,

c) Garrett...'nuff said right there. If he gets fired who hires him...realistically?

d) Coaches and their lack of performance such as: a special teams coach who's unit has regressed since the mid point of last year (i.e Bruce Read) and know spends more time giving lockerroom speeches and chirping in Wade's ear then attending his group, a o-line coach living off a reputation from the early 90's who has managed to develop exactly ONE draft pick, and a secondary coach who's unit has done nothing short of showing how undisciplined they truly are and that fundamentals mean nothing so are forced to commit penalty after penalty so they don't get burned...

Help me understand why Jerry thinks this is alright? Gonna suck to watch Pittsburgh hoist number 7 in his house won't it? But the football gods might get a kick out of that...

I'm already expecting the worst. Something like Pitt vs Washington

Maybe you should wait outside valley ranch and yell at them...that way you can update your sig.

QUOTE]Garrett gets fired this offseason, and he'll be someone's QB coach next year, not their OC.

Better question: who would hire Jerry Jones as a GM?

What's most telling is our GM couldn't get a job on the football side of any other organization's front office.

At the very least, there's a chance it might be entertaining, which is more than I can say for the Cowboys.:D

I've always tried to not overreact about Wade, but today I don't think I have anymore puppies and rainbow thoughts about the guy. How many penalties did we have today? 12? This team is obviously lacking discipline.

I agree about Buehler. I love the guy, but he's missed as many field goals as he's made. Hasn't he missed one every game now?

I wish I could answer your questions, but as someone else has said, Jerry's OBVIOUSLY NOT TRYING TO GO TO THE SUPERBOWL THIS YEAR. The kicker experiment didn't work Jerry. Open that fat wallet and sign a vet. :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2: :bang2:

The biggest problem in Dallas is Jerry Jones.

He ain't going anywhere, so nothing can be done to truly fix things. Jimmy Johnson got out of there when he saw things weren't going to be getting any better. Jerry has gotten better at acquiring talent, but the lack of accountability at Valley Ranch is a big problem. Plus, I see Jerry's finger prints on this coaching staff when it should be solely the head coach who puts the staff together.

Jerry is the face of the Cowboys. He has to have it that way. He picks (all) the coaches. The players know they can go to him at anytime. This has been his exclusive playground since the mid-1990s.

If you don't like what's happening with the Cowboys, blame the guy who has made himself the Cowboys.

Yep and he is never going to change. His Ego is too big to admit wrong and change his ways. Like Rick Gossilin said, you don't ever see a GM/Owner do interviews in lockerooms, nor have a weekly shows/interviews.

It irked me to no end about him talking about Felix Jones getting more touches and saying Garrett was being coy about it when Garrett was noncommittale. Why they heck does he need to be the spokesperson for this team all the team? He is gives the impression that Wade is figurehead. And perception is everything sometimes. Players start believing they are only accountable to Jerry and not Wade. So no matter who is here, i.e Bill Parcells or Wade or Campo etc. its the same song and dance.

I hear a lot of people talk about Jerry's burning desire to win and while I agree Jerry wants to win, I don't think losing eats at him as much as we'd like to think.

Why? B/c it seems to me Jerry wants to win - but only if it's accomplished his way. If a person really has a desire to win (and a hatred of losing) they will examine EVERY possibility to ensure their greatest chance of victory.

Jerry examines every possibility - but one.

The Dallas Cowboys in 5 words - Nothing changes, till Jerry changes.
