1. we dont run the ball enough.
Frankly, we don't. Once Felix and Barber are back to 100%, this is an offense that CAN lean on the running game and should. When you have a good run game, stick with it.
2. wheres witten
he's there, still Romo's favorite target. He has nearly twice as many receptions (28) as the next closest pass catcher (Austin, 15). His numbers are down mostly b/c he's being used in pass protection more from what I see (not necessarily a bad thing)
3. (until yesterday) why arent we throwing to our recievers more
He's thrown just about as many passes this year as last year through 5 games. I think the WRs are mis-used (Crayton IMO is a strong #3 guy, start Austin) Romo's making passes...I want to see stats on drops.
4. See 1 number again, like were supposed to run the balll EVERY down
IMO, running the ball will help take pressure off of Romo and open up the passing game. I do think Garrett tends to pass on the run game sometimes when maybe he should let those Olineman just bully people around and push guys.
Right now, Romo has 42 more pass attempts than Barber/Jones/Choice have carries. I don't think Dallas needs to rush more than pass, but there does need to be more balance. I think Garrett still needs to figure out how to use these RBs and have the guts to use them.
As for Bennett...with being a decoy and pass/run blocking so much, maybe he forgets that he's there to pass catches too haha jk
