The cowboys came out and said we like our guys then two days later they are talking about butler. What changed? Is someone in trouble?

I absolutely hate Brice Butler's attitude. Even his bio on his official Twitter has a snide comment about signing a "second rookie deal" in Arizona.

That being said, him and Dak were money on more than several occasions.

Seems like an odd time for the NFL to come down on Williams in week 3. Also if he is getting suspended why play him tonight?

Butler, Thompson, Austin, Beasley
Speed, route running, and pretty reliable hands

All guys who are a problem if you try to man up on them.

Terrance didn't seem like he got a lot of snaps, and he was basically used as Brown would be, as run blocker.

If he's suspended, a roster spot opens. And maybe we get out of his guaranteed money.

Beasley is slow for a small guy.

I didn't mean to imply that they all had all the qualities listed.

Beasley isn't fast for any size WR, but he gets you separation and catches the ball. I don't think Butler has very reliable hands, although he can make some nice catches controlling the ball to the ground. But he gives you speed. Thompson seems like a more reliable Butler, but I don't know that he gives you the going to the ground catches that Butler does. Tavon gives speed and contribution to the run game. Gallup seems the all around good but not great at everything guy.

I have no problem bringing Butler back. He played well here when Dez was out and brings more speed at WR.

I seem to think Brice Butler isn't even a good idea to bring back .

Look at Dak, throwing to 7 receivers tonight .Worked out well .

I don't think Butler adds very much, but TWill hasn't either. If we swap out those two I don't think its a big factor for better or worse.
