When you see a lot of things, you play slow. I’ve really been focusing on that and that just comes from watching film and his coaching, showing me what I need to be watching.”

Agree. He looked great when he was in Rob's scheme. Took a while for him to catch up in the new one.

I said before the season that we should trade him. Glad we didn't considering our injury issues, but wish we were getting something for this guy... He's going to light up somewhere else.

He's worth keeping, still plenty of upside. It's a cap issue, might be cheaper to draft a replacement..

He needs to define himself , tomm is perfect time, time to step up or get stepping... Has to come big in big games has had too many up and down games last three years.

Without a doubt I keep him over Durant. McClain has me concerned about his long-term stability. Same with Lee who can't stay healthy. So, to me, if it's feasible capwise I'd sign him up long term.

He has played good for the most part this year. But I said 3 years and this is a contract year. He is very good on covering people, but I have seen him miss tackles this year and just want to see him play big in big games, then show him the money.. that's all, I'm not a hater I like him.

IMO.....Lee and Wilber would not be part of the equation. Rolando with a crap-ton in incentive based salary.

It ain't my money but I'd want the biggest bang for it, if it was.

I think Lee would benefit from not playing the middle, let McClain do that and have and Carter and Lee play the outside positions.
