Lots of reasons, but you guys just proved it again with all your info. and posts after the game the other night. I sat down in my lazy boy on Thurs. night with my 1 yr. old son all ready to initiate him into Cowboys fandom. We were PSYCHED as it was also his 1st birthday. Imagine our dismay when the listless, losers from D-town appeared on our TV. That's right: I live in Michigan and had to watch the LIONS instead. Absolutely brutal as usual. God I've always hated them and nothing has changed. You guys made it easier however by all your posts. Tons of info. I'm a 30 yr. Cowboys fan, and nothing will change that. (Although I sure would like a WR just like Calvin Johnson to be there when we use our #1 pick from Cleveland next year!);)

I salute your loyalty to the Cowboys by initiating your son into the legion of Cowboy fans worldwide. Hope you already have a Cowboy uniform for him to wear while both of you sit down to enjoy our great upcoming victory over the Giants to open our season. Go Cowboys.

BTW: I live outside Tampa so I know how you feel but, because Cowboys draw such high ratings, at least you should expect to see at least 7 games this season if not more.

I'll be  if we go WR with a top 5 pick.
Those once in a decade players a don't come around very often. :laugh2:

I had the ticket last season tuna, and it was nice but........not in the financial cards this season. $250 is just too steep, but I've counted roughly 10 regular season games that I should get plus there is a nice sports bar only 5 minutes from my house, so.....I won't miss any games. I can't stand to quite frankly. OCD over the Cowboys I guess.

If you guys have a good/fast internet connection, you can watch streamed live NFL games with SopCast. It's a good P2P program that lets a person put the game live on the internet.

I live in the Bay, California, and I'm stuck watching Raider/Niner games. :bang2:

http://streamednfl.blogspot.com/ is the website that I use to get the channels for the games.
