Why did Parcells shake his head after TO's 3rd TD?

TO scored, celebrated tastefully and his teammates were chest bumping with him. All appeared to be good, but there was Big Bill shaking his head in disgust. My theory is that he did not want Romo to throw a TD pass, especially to TO because now all the "controversy" starts.

As for opining that maybe Bill didn't want Romo to throw a TD pass, that is simply put ridiculous.

I think it had more to do with Romo's improvisational skills (it sorta looked like a busted play) than TO's celebration.

Just saw it again on ESPN. To me BP appeared to be perturbed about something. Could be that he feels we "ran up the score" by passing instead of running in that situation. I wonder who really calls the plays.
