Why Do We Keep Getting screwed By The Refs???

Does anybody know why we keep getting raped by the officials every freaking game?

The G-men were getting "home cooking" in Texas Stadium last year in the playoffs, what the hell was up with that?

In both the Charger's game and in tonight's game bogus calls were made to extend drives of our oppenents. Now I am not one to usually cry about officiating, but this is getting freaking ridiculous.

I thought Jerry was tight with the commish, I guess Jerry pissed in his cornflakes or something.

Sounds good in theroy but example

A)T.O catches pass forward progress is stopped whistle blow's but 2 Denver players jump on top of him and pile AND BRING HIM TO THE GROUND after whistle is blown NO FLAG!!!!
B) Bradie James hits player that is still not on the ground and whistle has'nt blown yet, Flag personal foul..
Skill, execution,none of that can compansate for bad calls.

You are right on the money. i have said this for years.remember that playoff game in seattle? that respot on witten's catch was a disgrace.and remember the Bears game last year where the ref refused to stop the clock before the half on Ware's sack? that none call cost us a field goal. and remember pitiful offsides call on Ware in the Giants playoff game.something is wrong with these refs when it comes to calling Cowboys games. im glad others are seeing the light.our head coach needs to start getting in these cheaters A--.

Gosh, I didn't know Dallas was the only team in the NFL that was on the receiving end of bad calls.

I suppose the Cowboys are just going to have to play better in order to compensate for them huh?

Bullcrap. some of these calls against the cowboys are just unreal.it's like the refs are just looking to call something on us. message to the cowboy dogooders.we are not good enough to overcome these bogus calls. they have to stop.

Anybody with objective eyes can see that the Cowboys get hosed by the refs on a regular basis. It isn't whining, it's a fact. They had to eliminate the force-out rule after 2 horrendous calls involving TO last year. I have seen more ticky-tack pass interference calls that go for 40 yds against the Boys than any other team.

The Cowboys just need to be like the Hurricanes of the 90's. Get 100 yds in penalties, but overcome it with intimidation, turnovers and a great offense.

Its funny you mention this, my wife and I were talking about that last night. She asked me why does it seem like all the bad calls go towards the Cowboys.

It does seem like the refs watch the Cowboys more than other teams

I agree with Michael.

Refs make bad calls against every team. Team has to be good enough to overcome that usually.

Certainly there are a few exceptions, where a call makes or breaks the game.

You are right on the money. but there is one problem. we are not good enough to keep overcoming these refs.they are flatout killing us with these bogus calls in these games. and im not talking about just these preseason games.it's gotten out of control. the Giants got every freaking call on our home field in that playoff game.it is just unreal.

I used to believe that the team was just poorly disciplined, but after BP came on board, upgraded the talent on the team, and the results still remained the same, it did seem awfully suspicious that there were a lot of inconsistent calls that would occur against the Cowboys, especially in critical situations.

I could understand such lack of discipline occurring under Campo, but I have heard that BP's teams were generally the most disciplined in the league. Likewise, with WP's teams. And since the talent has changed, and we supposedly have better and smarter players at each position, the coaches have changed, it does seem a little too coincidental. Unless somehow BP and WP lost their ability to discipline teams, and that the Cowboys have just been lucky in drafting talented, yet undisciplined players.

So, it's not like people who see this, including myself, have no basis for their belief that something does seem a little fishy, especially when the calls made are quite moot, and they have been in several cases.

The offsides on Ware in that playoff game lead to the giants first touchdown. it was a third down play.which means our defense would have gotten off the field. we all know what happen after that call.Toomer runs over Roy and Henry and scores a touchdown. then Remember that playoff game in Seattle where Romo fumble the snap? it never would have came to a field goal if the refs had not respoted that ball. witten made that first down on that play.and remember 2 years ago in DC when we had a game winning FG blocked and Kosier was call for a 15 year facemask that put the skins in range to kick the winning FG?replays show his hand barley rake over the facemask, and it should have only been a 5 yarder. and that Bears game last year where Ware sacks the QB before the halfon 4th down with 4 seconds on the clock.instead of stopping the clock on a change of possesions,the guy signals for the clock to keep running and it cost us any chance to kick a FG.Ware sacked the guy on about the bears 30 yard line. there are a lot more unreal calls we have had that are just flatout unreal. something is rotten in the NFL with the refs calling cowboys games.

You can see the Denver d-lineman go offsides and Gurode snap the ball. Should have been a first down, the Cowboys were moving the ball on that drive.
