Why does Jerry get another pass?

Didnt Jerry give T.O. about 10 million cash just 6months ago, like TO had suiters who would outbid Jerry? ppl say he is not AL Davis, he isnt but moves like this remind me solely of Al Davis!

I agree with cutting TO, 3yrs and NO PLAYOFF WINS, time to move on... i just wish Jerry could have came to the conclusion b4 he resigned a 36 yr old WR in the final year of his contract... a move that does 1 thing make the ROY trade less of a bust!

So is Jerry Protecting his GM EGO? who cares!

I know, Jerry not Romo had to keep TO happy... but all in all, this is the business of Football and this move blew up in Jerrys face! Resigning TO was a poor Football move no matter how Mick and his website boys justified it back in September... it cost us key players!

Jerry had TO on a leash, with his old contract, then inexplicably let him off the hook before the season started... and like any untrained dog he is going to run wild!


I know Jerry has a big heart and is good to his players and i shouldnt blame him for treating TO like an Adult... But come on man, you have to know b4 u go to the lake that fishing with a frying pan doesnt work.

I don't see Jerry getting many free passes by fans or media. He clearly is responsible for TO being here and he is clearly responsible for signing TO to the extension and I think he did this in good faith. I also know Jones will tolerate a lot which tells me things must have been getting pretty ugly for Jerry to turn around and make this move.

1) Yes a team game yet when we dont win in the playoffs its the wide outs fault ( )

2) he was 34 about to be 35 when he signed the extention...he'll be 36 i believe in August.

3) You care if hes protecting his ego apparently.

4) Romo throws the touchdowns which bring in the checks, if you think Jerry is just going to give Owens more n more money for no production your not so intelligent.

5) Losing brought the worst out of alot of people
