Why don’t we throw to our backs more?

I don’t get it.

Dallas loves to cram Zeke between the tackles but Zeke and Pollard both can catch and it’s never used.

Not only would checking it to the backs more be beneficial for opening things up down field it would make teams think twice about blitzing.

Also, as much as I don’t like Zeke’s game anymore it would be a way to get him in space against DBs which are matchups he should still win.

I do man, he can’t seem to stay upright, falls to easily. That run last week where he jump over the diving DB gave me a little hope, but damn it seems he has lost his balance. He gets tripped up way to much from what sometimes seems to be just a notch, push or even angle tackle.

You'd think as much as they are running the ball there should be a screen thrown in somewhere. Especially since Pollard is limited in his blocking.

Zeke can catch the ball, but he rarely does much with it. Pollard on the other hand might be one of the better receiving backs in the NFL hidden and tucked away.

Should win and rarely win are two different things for Zeke. Zeke broke 9 tackles the entire season last year. He might be the worst in the NFL at breaking tackles. Out in space he is lost.

I don’t know but it just seem that we are missing something in the rhythm of the play calling. It seems we try trick or gimmick okays at the wrong time, if that is a thing. Idk man

Agree 100%. Zeke is still pretty good when given the ball in space. I think one of his biggest plays came from a pass to the flat.

Has Dak done anythin to make you all wam and fuzzy inside?

-Won rookie of the year over Zeke
-Lead the team to the playoffs his rookie year
-Team was 13-3 under his watch his rookie year and helped them win 11 games in a row.
-Has played well in 3 out of 4 playoff games
-Lead the #1 offense in NFL history before he got hurt in 2020
-Lead the #1 scoring and yardage offense in the NFL in 2021
-Broke the Cowboys all time TD passing record
-Made the pro bowl 3 times
-Lead the Cowboys to the playoffs in 2021 with a 12-5 record
-Was #1 in the NFL in last drive wins as a QB his first 3 years in the NFL
-Is Number 7 all time in QBR in NFL history

Thats just off quick memory. Surely enough to make you look silly.
I will report back if I find other evidence, but have any of those stats come against top teams, or meaninful playoffs? I had to rewatch last years playoff game against the San Fran somethings, and I believe it was our 12-5 QB that single handedly had a brain cramp and cost us the game? Stop with the QBR stuff...has he taken us to the promised land with a previous offense that was gifted to him by ownership? I as much as you really want Dak to be our leader, but I don't want "what have you done for me lately" facts. Have any of those? When it counted he cost us the game, and as of right now he looks like a deer in the headlights...thus, I think I am allowed to have little confidence aren't I?

If you are somewhat aware of the meaning behind my sarcasm, I have no confidence in him hitting these. 100% KM is a big part of this as well, but over his last several games I am in the belief that KM has lost confidence in Dak's ability...or as you say, he is a big part of the problem. Either way, I am somewhat allowed to hold to what my fandom suggests.....

Bububububububut what about cherry picking games? LOL

You got destroyed buddy. At least have enough self respect to shut up and move on.

simmer down Cowboy before you burst one of your last blood vessels. I don't have to cherry pick, I have to watch his last number of games. You must be a Yankees fan and have all the excuses as to why they failed this year as well? Who cares about pro bowls, 12-5 records when in the end championships are all that matters not the fluff. As in the past, I am done with your dribble no need to reply...
