Let me just out this out there right now: The home games of the Cowboys suck as far as fan support/noise and 12th man appeal. Why is that? I think it's due to the makeup of the fan base. Mostly middle-class, professionals who are content to be at the stadium just to have a day out on the town.

Why is it when you watch games from the home stadiums in the NE and the Upper Central region of the country, the noise is so loud in those stadiums? It's no doubt that that Buffalo crowd affected the "Boys" performance. You know what, our fans remind me of the games that used to be played in LA at the Rams and Raiders games.

Don't believe me ; watch and listen for yourselves. Texas Stadium is not a place that's tough on the visiting teams.

Ex. Loudest Stadiums:
Green Bay
old Mile High
Fed Ex
Eagles stadium
Giants Stadium
Ravens stadium
Seahawks stadium
etc...

Holy Cow. I never realized that.

I wonder how we've been able to manage Going to the Super Bowl 8 times, winning 5 of them?

Look, It's always been that way but it's changing. I was at opening game this year and the stadium was pretty loud. They also say that it was loud during the Rams game as well. The fan base is changing and younger fans are going and making some noise.

Well, the Patriots franchise has never won there before so there must be some crowd advantage.

Even the Louisiana Superdome(New Orleans Saints) can be deafening.

You are right and wrong at the same time. The Dallas Crowd is very loud. I was at the Colts game last year and that was a great game to be at as a fan. It was loud and the crowd was crazy. The difference is Texas Stadium is not made to be loud as some of these newer stadiums or a Dome would be. I assure you that will change when Dallas moves into the new stadium. It will be the loudest Stadium in the league by far.
