Why empty back field?

Biadaz was getting pushed back so often Dak could have given him the ball on a read option ….seeing the Eagles dominate that point of attack and Connor Williams having his own issues was surprised how many empty backfield sets Kellen went with. Was concerned about Dak making it to the conclusion .

And at our 5 no less , gifted the Eagles a cheap 6. Kellen if I had a complaint gets too cute with some of the play calling .

Kellen does that , he did that a lot more under Garrett . MM must be pumping KM's brakes.

That was a brain fart call by Moore. I can see some empty backfield plays beyond the 20. But not at the5 against a defensive front like the Eagles.
Moore has too many of these too many times. Though after that, and the stupid reverse from the 5, wasting a down for a possible TD. He settled down after that.

It was a constant theme all night . Heavy rush no help with a RB to chip block .
That ticked me off too, but in fairness, I saw Dak audible into that several times. Inside the five the OC should call stick. That means, stick to the play and no audible. Zeke is the best pass blocking back in the NFL and could have prevented some of that pressure

If KM keeps putting up the #'s he is doing right now he can be as fancy as he wants.

The one play that stood out was when Dak got crunched, I was looking for Zeke to help block as he has done very well this year. After further review I believe they had him line up outside. Didn't like the look then, or now

At the 5 backed up to your goal your back pedaling into your end zone with no blocking help .

Im with you. And Dak was changing a lot of plays. Loved the fact that he called the Bob Ross and Griese called the draw! Lol

I like it when we at least have 1 back there to at least present play action(threat of run) or to be the 6th blocker if need be.

No issue with the empty sets, dak actually does some of his best work out of the empty sets, and it forces the defense to show their hand.

the turnover was a combination of issues, not just the oline. Dak knows better than to hold the ball that long in that situation, a rare mistake for him. Lamb ran a great route, but terrible for the situation. The issue was more around execution than it was play call there.

Edited for space and clarity

Dak has to feel that and eat the ball for the two point sack....not a turnover td gimme.
