Why fire Wade?

Just think how many coaches have come and gone since Jimmy quit. We are in a pattern of every 4 years the Cowboys hire a new coach. Any other organization would be also firing the GM. Not in Dallas.

At this point I see no reason to fire the coach. If Jerry doesn't fire himself which Cowboys fans will not happen. This team will never get back to the Super Bowl.

I am so glad the Texas Rangers are front page news and the Cowboys are back page. Jerry's ego is what drives him. He does not like being second fiddle to anyone.

Unlike some fans I will always support the team.

In all fairness Jerry has brought in and allowed the talent to develop...except on the OL.

I think whoever they rely on for scouting OL talent should be the first person fired.

The reason to fire him now is that no other team has completely quit like the unit that did last night. No other coach, heck not even Campo, had a team with so much talent completely surrender. Firing Wade now isn't as much of saying he's a bad coach, but getting a new coach in with some time to start employing his system and giving the players a fresh start, possibly getting them to play with some fire.

I think Wade has had every chance too succeed and has failed, it's time to make a move and send a signal that change is coming. Fair or not, Wade is going to have to fall on the sword and it might as well be now instead of at seasons end. The players quit on him last night as far as I am concerned, which is reason enough for immediate termination in my book.

oh and by the way the OL is the most important on any succesful football team. So enough with the " he has bought in talent to delevop" He dosen't have a clue on how to build or hire the right people to have a championship team. The talented players he did bring in can never get better because he hires these figurehead useless coaches to coach them. THis team is a joke from top to bottom. There is NO way we win 5 games.

He's a lame duck. Everyone knows he's out now; they've quit and will throw in the towel for the rest of the season. More time with Wade as the coach equals more complacency from the players.

Get some instability in there (strange concept, I know) and maybe guys will start fighting for their jobs.

Hiring old coaches that once gave you some glory years is not a good idea.
It fires people up at the press conference alright,

but they can never live up to what they once were,
