Even though we were favorites, and at home vs the Whiners last year, I was not confident at all. This year, I am!!!!

Our O line was so over hyped last year. PFF( which I don’t care about, but others do) had them ranked as a top 5 line. What a joke! I had a very strong feeling our O line would be our biggest weakness. Biadaz, and especially Conner Williams were struggling big time toward the end of the year. Williams was getting physically dominated at times. Tyron was just coming of an injury and just didn’t have his movement back. Collins played like crap. They got pushed around and basically dominated vs the Whiners last year. NOT THIS YEAR!!!! I would love to have Steele, but Tyron is starting to play very well at RT. Biadaz is playing much better than last year and McCovern is playing better and stronger at the point of attack than Conner Williams. Our rookie at LT is thriving. I think he will hold his own vs Bosa. Martin is Martin! Our O line WILL HOLD THEIR OWN VS THE WHINERS D FRONT!!! That’s all they need to do.

We have an excellent DC in Dan Quinn, who is game planning vs a 7th round rookie who has only started 6 games. Dan is going to confuse pretty little Purdy into some mistakes. Last week vs Seattle he had a few throws that could have been intercepted! I think the Whiners will try to establish the run, but Quinn will have us prepared. Last week vs Seattle the Whiners had some long runs on misdirection runs, but when they just try to line up and pound the ball they are not near as effective. Seattle stuffed their run quit a bit. Hopefully, Quinn will have some good run blitz’s prepared. I like our back end vs the Whiners. Diggs and Bland are play makers. They may jump a route at any time. WE found a slot corner in Mukuamu. The kid can play!!! Our safeties need to show up in the run game. Again, Quinn needs to put our guys in position to make plays! Take advantage of Micah!!!! Have Micah fake rush, and send someone else! Quinn needs to scheme some free runners using Micah as the bait!!

Dak needs to have a good game which includes using his legs!! He will!!!!

We need our coaches to show up big time!

On Offense, use Tennessee’s strategy from last, year at times. Max protect. Zek and a TE, or extra OL, stay in to block. This will give Dak more time in the pocket. It will spread out the Whiners zone. It will also tire out Bosa( he was exhausted after the Tennessee game). Send Hilton our Gallop deep and the other receivers into the holes in the zone, which should be bigger. Dak can still dump it if to Zek or Pollard after they block! Dak can run to after the Whiner LBers back pedal into their zone.

We will win this game, PUT IT IN 3 INCH BOLD TYPE!!!!!

This team can beat anybody when they play like last week. Keep in mind it took 14 penalties last season and a lot of them crucial penalties (Randy Gregory and Osa) for them to beat us.

I understand they added some talent. But Dallas is ready and will heading to the NFC Championship game. Time to slay another curse this week.

43: This is an excellent post. Agree about the O-Line changes since last year. One more thing that stands out to me is the addition of Hankins. He was specifically signed for matchups like this in the playoffs with the intent to make it hard for teams to run over our interior defense and thus run down our entire defense.

Its probably fools gold, but I too have more faith in them this year. I knew they were losing that game last year. I think they have a legit chance tomorrow.

Speaking of Jimmy, "When you go up against an 800 pound gorilla, you don't hit him lightly... You give him everything you got!”
YES!!!, I hope McCarthy and the other coaches have drummed that into their heads all week long.

Go Cowboys! Go dominate the Whiners and confuse pretty little Purdy!

I had a bad feeling last year for the reasons I stated. I don’t this year, but I am a little concerned about our kicker.

Im more confident because our division and schedule was tougher, adversity was overcome, and that 12wins this year ais more valid as they earned if. Well, that and we beat TB and brady last Monday..doubt we can have repeat of 14 penalty's, which is the real reason we lost that game by only 6..

Im also more confident.

I had zero confidence early this week but it has been growing over the week. Mainly because this year we are the underdog vs being the home favorite. I think we will play more loose.

I completely agree regarding Hankins.

Also, hopefully Quinn will have our D prepared for their misdirection runs. That’s what gashes teams. Last week vs Seattle McCaffrey got stuffed at the LOS a lot when they just lined up and ran the ball. For some reason I am confident OSA will have a strong game. He had a very good game vs TB.

My confidence has grown to as the week has gone on. Purdy, especially could be tight! Quinn’s game plan could even make him tighter!!!!!!

We do need Mayer to be the man!
