CNNSI has him listed as the 3rd rated running back and has a first round grade on him.

You're looking at Donald or Andre. Aaron from TCU? No way anyone gave him a 1st round grade.

CNNSI must have him confused with Donald Brown or something. He's a 7th round prospect if he's lucky.

GRADING SYSTEM
Position:
RB
Class:
Senior
School:
TCU
Conference:
Mountain West
Ht., Wt.:
6-0.5, 191
40 Time:

BIOGRAPHY: Moved in with the first team as a true freshman and has seen starting action ever since. Suspended for the opener last season after violating team rules and did not play in any of TCU?s first three games. Finished the year with 85/445/2 on the ground and added 10/98 as a pass catcher. Junior totals included 106/490/2 carrying the ball and 24/161/1 as a pass catcher. Career rushing numbers of 154/801/9 and 34/455/1 as a pass catcher came during his sophomore campaign.

POSITIVES: Versatile running back with an array of ball handling skills. Smart football player, finds lanes and quickly gets through them. Instinctive, creates his own yardage on the inside, and darts around opponents getting through the small creases of the defense. Quickly cuts back against the grain, avoiding piles, displays solid open field running skills, and makes defenders miss in a small area. Weaves through the traffic, and uses blocks all over the field. Solid pass catcher out of the backfield. Picks up blocking assignments and gives effort.

NEGATIVES: Mostly a one-speed back who cannot run to daylight or turn the corner. Lacks strength in his running, and not a ball carrier who breaks tackles or picks up yardage off initial contact. Struggled with injuries and suspensions the past two years.

ANALYSIS: At the top of his game, Brown is a productive ball carrier and tag be used in a variety of roles at the next level. He offers the skills necessary to be a third-down back or situational runner, but he must stay healthy and keep his focus on the field.

PROJECTION: First/Second Round

Strengths:
Great athleticism...Fast and very explosive with a burst...Shifty and elusive...Nice vision and instincts...Soft hands...Runs good routes...A big play threat...Able to get outside and turn the corner...Return man?

Weaknesses:
Does not have the ideal size that you look for...Underdeveloped lower body...Won't break many tackles...Not an inside runner...A sub par blocker...Never carried the load...Character?...Durability is a concern.

Notes:
Only started 17 games for the Horned Frogs but played extensively in a backup role...Was the Mountain West Conference Freshman of the Year in 2005...Named 2nd Team All-MWC in 2006...Battled knee and ankle injuries throughout the 2007 campaign...Ran into some off- the-field trouble in high school and only played in one game as a senior...Was suspended for three games in 2008 for a violation of school policy...Averaged 27.2 yards on 32 kick returns with 1 touchdown during his college career...Versatile prospect who could make a team as a situational/change of pace type and return specialist.

They've also got Auburn safety Merrill Johnson ranked as a 2nd round pick ahead of William Moore, and South Carolina corner Captain Munnerlyn as a 3rd rounder ahead of Jairus Byrd and just about every corner that's actually been drafted after the 2nd round.

Everybody else (including the NFL teams, apparently) considers these guys 7th rounders or UDFAs.

Maybe you should find yourself a new website.
