Why is it that T.O. is only supported by Some Dallas Fans and most everyone else sees the problems he brings. He is a great player ,granted ,but the attention he brings to a team isn't worth it at this time.

I know he's not the only problem with this team and cutting him won't be the only thing we have to do to get better, but it's a good place to start.

I see ESPN getting the blame for focusing on T.O. and his antics, but open your eyes, most other sports shows, papers , reporters and media have a negative feel about this guy. They are all wrong?? and the few here that support him are right , he's no problem?

If he wasn't playing for the Cowboys most here would think he's a piece of ****.

What do you guys think of Chad Johnson??

Great receiver, would he be a good fit for The Boys.

I'm sorry, With what he brings to the team negatively, it out ways what he brings on the positive side.

I'm 44yrs old and been following the Boyz for over 30yrs. I bleed Blue n Silver and I luv having TO on the team. That doesn't make me a fair-weathered fan. TO isn't the problem. The lack of discipline and control coming from the HC is the problem..

You got it wrong... When Cowboys are winning T.O. is great... when the lose, he is a cancer.

Like it or not, T.O. is the part of the problem... The circus that follows players like T.O., Pacman Jones and Tank Johnson is a huge problem. And don't give me Michael Irvin as an example.

My point exactly. We're Not winning and there is alot of turmoil.

Not just from him, but why is it that so many feel like they do toward him. They are all wrong and The Cowboys Fans are right.

I'm sorry, some can't see the forest for the trees.

hating/hating on TO is the popular thing to do. Tell me what has he really done that is that bad since he has been here. Sure he is not the greatest as expressing what he means but he states the truth. He said nothing this year that is incorrect.

People need to let the past be the past. If a person involved in a murder can be forgiven and win an mvp, TOs transgressions can and should be forgiven.

If they just get Owens the dam ball, we'd be in the playoffs!

Not enough! When he asked for the ball, he goes off. When they move Owens around and find mismatches he plays big.

So when he gets his way all is OK with the world, when he doesn't all hell breaks loose.

Come on ,dont' you see a pattern here ???

I don't hate the guy , I just don't think he's a right fit for this team.

Again T.O. looks like the only one who cares and he's far from the only player on Offense that's complaining about the offense i.e. Romo's comments after the game.

Just to get this straight...you don't think TO is worth the trouble, but you're fine with Chad Johnson?

I just heard Darren Woodson speak highly of TO on the "Lunch Break Show" 2mins ago. He said he would take TO any day cause he practices hard and gives 100% all the time. Those are Woodys words....

I am not a big TO fan at all but really in essence the problem this year for him was the protection of Romo from the Oline. T.O rarely had time to get deep because Romo was under pressure since the second half of the Cleveland game!

If Romo would have had protection this year T.O would have had a big year.

JMO.

Does that excuse TO for creating some of the turmoil about getting the ball enough? No, but that was the cause IMO. Garrett never adjusted to the OLines defieciencies either!

Romo and TO both know this that is why there was the comments on the scheme.

there are some people who "suck all the oxygen out of the room" ie demand all the attention. TO is one of those guys. he is a good/great WR but not worth the HA. on a team the coach and QB have to be "the guys". on our team it is JJ, TO, crayton, james, etc. even with people like rice, irvin, etc it was always the QB that was "the man" on that team. this is why those teams won. TO wants the team to win but he has to be the reason the team is winning.

i am coming around to the understanding that it will be very difficult to win a championship with TO. we will win games, we may even get into the playoffs, but a SB....i dont think so.

That is what most players who have played w/ Owens say about him. That doesn't surprise me a bit coming from an old school vet like Woody.

Great post.
