Why is Jeff Heath on the roster

Heath is a special teams only player. The backup Safety is either Jones or White.

Brinkley was reported to not be doing well on special teams during the preseason and was the 3rd or 4th option at MLB.

I think people would be a lot more comfortable with Heath as the 4th S. Our backup S are problematic. Rose's aren't exactly growing in McCray's coverage garden.
