He is not a player that likes Discipline.
Art Shell is bringing back discipline to the raiders and if any team needs it, it is the raiders.
The last few years they have been at the top of the NFL in penalties.
The last few years the coaching staff have let players get away with too many things and it shows in their record and pentalties.
