I knew (as well as most here should have known) that when Owens was signed, the media was going to attack Dallas and Owens when the first "incident" appeared and would make a big to do about nothing.
So I will say yet again, calm down, do not feed into the media freenzy. This is how they get their money.
Owens is not acting the fool. He is recovering from injury. Let the man heal so he can be 100% we the season starts.

Spears is coming off sugery you think he is 100%? Flo same thing you think he is 100%? a lot of guys are not 100% but their out on the field doing their job. I'm not going to treat TO with kid gloves, if he is a member of this team then I expect the same from him as anyone else. I have not said anything about many of the reports that many in the media has been writing so this is not about the media this is about TO.

SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- All-Pro receiver Steve Smith returned to practice with the Carolina Panthers on Tuesday, more than two weeks after straining his left hamstring.
Interesting that there was nary a peep about Steve Smith missing practice time from the media, and that is all we hear about with T.O.
Doomsday101 said:A sore hamstring? Are you kidding? Many players right now are having sore hamstring, have you ever gone through 2 a days? Again he did not tear it, it is sore it happens and while I made no issue of it last week and was all for him resting it (If you recall) 2 weeks with a sore hammy sorry he needs to be out on the field. I don't hear Jerry asking others to go out and practice, he knows as well as anyone players get bumps and bruises and soreness it comes with training camp. Lastly I see a guy like Spears who truly is coming off a real injury and after 2 weeks he is back on the field? What Spears is dealing with is a lot more of a burden that TO sore hammy
