Why is the Week 8 game in London at 9:30 EST?

Why is this game so early? The Cowboys and Jaguars are currently listed as a Noon start time (1PM EST). Is this subject to change to a much earlier start as well?

Nope. That is the correct time. It will be a 2:30 PM kickoff in London. There is probably something else going on at that stadium that prevents a local night time game this weekend.

The kickoff is 1:30 PM local London time for Jags/Falcons(I erroneously said 2:30 earlier) this Sunday. The Dolphins/Raiders played at 6:00 PM local London time earlier this year and Cowboys/Jaguars will do the same when they play.
