The notion Jerry does not want to win I disagree, Jerry got blasted on the Cooper deal and why because he was willing to give up a #1 pick to bring in a talent that can help this team win. Jerry listens to those he hires Parcells himself has said that and he liked working for Jerry. I have always said any heat Jerry takes is on him because he choose to take on the role of GM. What I disagree with is this notion anything bad is all Jerry and anything good well that was someone else and Jerry had no say in it. That is a load of BS, that is people own hate getting in the way of any reasonable thinking. This team fails he deserve all the heat but do not sit there and make claims when things go right that somehow Jerry had no say.

I’m not questioning the specifics of individual roster moves, nor Jerry’s desire to win.

I’m merely opining that, as long as his team continues to set TV ratings records, remains at or near the top in all football revenue streams (they are), and continues to be ranked the most valuable sports franchise on earth (conservatively valued by Forbes at @$5bil and rising), Jerry will be reluctant to alter the management structure of his football operation — a structure which has produced a cumulative 3 wildcard playoff wins and a @ .500 regular season record over the past 22 seasons.

Fact is as soon as the trade happened Jerry caught all kinds of hell about handing over a 1st rd pick so how the hell was that perception good for Jerry unless it pans out?
