Why not a TO type contract for Colombo?

that's what I'm saying, except for you're leaving out the part that if he lasts a season, he's due for a 5-6 mil roster bonus

personally, I think he should really consider just taking a 1 year deal, so that he can potentially be back on the market when he hits 30

Colombo(his agent) is looking for a big signing bonus or big guaranteed money. He can't get that in a series of one year deals.
