with limited opportunities jesse holley seems to do more than what ogletree does. Jesse holley is a hard worker with limited physical abilities yet he plays like his hair is on fire, meanwhile ogletree does just enough to get by.

Is it speed? this isn't madden.

Oh and special teams aka Matt our punter sucked today. Is it the injury? he kicks a 24 yarder and then constantly out kicked our coverage. I think his foot is hurting him which in turn almost lost us a game. I hope it was just a one game slump.

Is chris jones still available he did a pretty good job punting vs the seahawks.

we do need more holley..

more holley please!

I think the punting thing was just bad coverage. The punts seemed to have a long hang time to me.

As for the shank, it happens to the best of them. It is too bad it happened when we were backed up like that. I'd also like to point out we were backed up because the punt return team committed a penalty.

As for Holley, I don't know why he doesn't get more opportunities. He seems to run decent routes and he fights hard for the ball. Romo seems to trust him, too. I think someone would have to ask Garrett at the PCs why Holley doesn't get more playing time.

i would love to know that answer. He seems to be in the right spot and runs a good route. Meanwhile o-tree is running into our guys, lining up wrong, and looking lost out there.

I think holley has earned more playing time.

another thing we need to get bruce carter up to speed ASAP. Bradie james and keith brooking is looking lost in the pass. Teams are going to eat the middle of the field up vs us.

Sean lee had 10 tackles playing with a cast on one of his arms while brooking and james has a combine 4 assisted tackles:bang2:

Yeah, it's like "oh, he was a reality tv show winner, he isn't any good." But whenever he is called upon to make a play, he does. It's not like there is some huge michael irvin 4th and long tv show conspiracy going on in the league. Like opposing defensive coordinators are like, "whoa guys, holley is in, let him catch the ball and get a first down."

He's wide open every time the ball comes his way. And I luv the way he catches the ball so cleanly.

Holley just makes plays. He wants it more than the next guy. This is where Garrett fails, he thinks he can tell guys what to do and does not realize guys have to want to do it.

Oh my lord . That hurt my eyes.

Holley. All he does is convert 1st downs.
Play more Holley and less Ogletree.

WRONG!! Garrett is not playing Holley cuz he doesn't want opposing teams 2 have film on him so whn its the 4th qt and 3 down and 10 he can put Holley in ans run his secret little playbook called "dreadlocks". Its a automatic 1st down or TD

MISTLETOE AND HOLLEY
(Henry Sanicola / Don Stanford / Frank Sinatra)
Frank Sinatra (with The Ralph Brewster Singers) - 1957

Oh, by gosh, by golly
It's time for mistletoe and Hollley
Tasty pheasants, Christmas presents
Countrysides covered with snow

Oh, by gosh, by jingle
It's time for carols and Kris Kringle
Overeating, merry greetings
From relatives you don't know

Then comes that big night,
Giving the tree the trim
You'll hear voices by starlight
Singing a Yuletide hymn

Oh, by gosh, by golly
It's time for mistletoe and Holley
Fancy ties an' granny's pies
An' folks stealin' a kiss or two

As they whisper, "Merry Christmas" to you

IMO, we're basing these opinions on the plays Holley makes that we notice and ignorng all the plays he is on the field and we never know it.

The guy is still a reality TV star, I would prefer other guys getting the PT.

Kind of off topic, but I was wondering if there is a video clip somewhere of when Holley yanked that guy off of the pile in the Seattle game? I am with you guys, I would love to see him get more play time. I think he could be a big play maker.

need to lock him up for at least the next 3 years, maybe even 5 years. It's not that there are going to be teams falling over each other to sign him, but there's always one who likes to throw a monkey wrench into the wheels and I'd hate to lose him.

He's pretty important to ST so they're not going to do anything to jeopardize that.

No one is going to steal him. He is the epitome of a JAG.

He has barely accumulated a full year on the active roster so he should be under our control for awhile yet.

2 weeks in a row he makes catches in the first quarter and doesnt see the field again the rest of the game.
