The last few years Dak and the starters wouldn't play one down in pre-season. Since this has been with different coaches I think it's Jerry's decision. Worried about injury?

Russell Wilson played in the 2024 preseason for the Pittsburgh Steelers against Buffalo. Glad our rookie coach isn't an idiot like Mike Tomlin, yeah he's only got a 1-1 record in super bowls so he's an idiot right.

The preseason is an opportunity to be a little more ready and prepared for Week 1.
I don't care what players that won't make the team look like.
You can be invested all you want, but they don't care if you think you have not seen enough to evaluate a player.
but we have no idea what starters would look like. and you can't deny that our back ups, playing against other teams back up look like a high school team. and its not like the players who played in the 4th quarter that won't be on the team were playing the entire game. we started with actual back ups and some expected to be starters and contributors and they look just as awful. people say we are not game planning, well its not as if the other team is game planning. they just come out and execute the plays they practiced and we don't look like we can execute at all. 176 yards total offense. that's pathetic. scoring 9 offensive points through first 3 quarters in two games is pathtic. the lone TD was a defensive TD in first 3 quarters. that's pathetic.
It does not matter what we think. The coaches see these players everyday. They see their work ethic, they know if they comprehend their assignments.
It's funny to me that fans think they have a role in evaluating and who makes the team.
