Why not just trade Micah for Garrett??

Why? Parsons is younger and as good or better.

The only way I trade Parsons is if I’m getting back multiple 1st rounders.

Parsons is not better than Garrett. That's homerism. Garrett is the best D player in the NFL, regardless of position.

The Jerry minions are starting to foreshadow Parsons moving on. Personally I approve but I wish the little Jerrys would quiet down before permanently downgrading his value. Alas they are probably incapable of that.

If it does happen I would prefer picks over Garrett.

There’s more scenarios where he’ll be playing here than anywhere else. However, it wouldn’t be shocking if we traded him. The Raiders aren’t going to pay him. They traded Mack a few years ago because they couldn’t or wouldn’t pay him.

He’s in the ball park. They are very comparable. He is also significantly younger.

By all accounts he is probably a more valuable asset at this point in both players’ careers.
