Since we love to live in the past, let’s pay hommage to one of the greats and talk about “what if” he were still alive and/or coaching? Or we can just continue to fantasize about Romo or the Easter Bunny coaching our team? Can any of you deal with reality? JG is our coach, get over it.

Romo haters are a funny bunch

Excellent tribute, by the way!

You're in love with a Choker!!!

:lmao::laugh:

Yep and? I’m coming around to the current QB as well. What’s your point? I’m actually excited for his development and liked what I saw the last few weeks of the season. I think Moore is really going to help him.

But you just go around craping in every thread that has an article or a video about Romo. Unlike me you’re the one who is threatened by the Romo love. Must suck to be you.

Answer me this, what did Romo do for this team?

Romo as a player was very good. But go ahead with the bobbled snap pic or your YouTube videos. You can beat a dead horse all you want, but some of us would rather look at his body of work as an individual player and the franchise records he set.

I don’t get the point of tearing him down at this stage. Makes zero sense. But good luck and I hope it makes you feel better.

No, most fans can’t deal with reality which is Jerry doesn’t want a great HC.

Remember he tried one winning back to back championships but didn’t like it because he didn’t receive the credit he wanted.

Dallas Cowboys football have been all about Jerry. This is our reality!

I have lived and breathed Cowboys football since the our first super bowls with Staubach and Lily, his sack of Griese in 1971 still gives me chills of excitment . When Jerry went crazy and told the press that anyone could coach the Cowboys to a super bowl victory. I was stunned at his arrogance and stupidity. I have never quite gotten over the shock of that moment. 3, 4, 5 superbowl victories in a row seemed like it was a forgone conclusion. That team was the best ever in NFL history imo. With Jimmy at the helm of course. To this day, the shock of that moment remains.
Romo and Witten, Murray, Ware were glimmers of light in these last two decades. And now finally we have a young bad *** team. It feels a lot like the winter before team of 1992 came and destroyed. In 1991 we had validated the promise of the 7-9 season following 1-15. But then gotten crushed by Detroit. So there was measured excitement. I told my mom, I thought we were going to win the superbowl the next year and be very hard to beat. So... the big question is, can Jerry and his son not ruin this golden opportunity.

Lol, that’s comical. You’re accusing me of beating a dead horse when there are still several weekly threads about a guy who hasn’t stepped on the field in the years. Haha...you can’t make this stuff up. Romo has zero releveance to this current team but yet people like you continue to glorify him.

Tearing him down? How about being honest instead of propping him up like some kind of god? Again, how many championships did he win for us? How many playoff games did he win for us?

Please spare me the “this franchise wasted his career” bull and just answer the question.
