Factor in the Cowboys were looking for someone practice squad eligible and your player pool goes down even more.

All kickers can miss. Maher may not miss again. He sure was good this season. That Tampa field seemed to get in his head. He knew that they had problems there last year and it snowballed.

Exclusively to cure Maher of the yips. Nothing more.

To that end, he might have been the cheapest/most convenient option.

Im just taking it all in guys. For some reason I just feel calm and confident this week. Maybe it was getting the Brady curse off our back. I feel like we are destined to at least win this week. Helluva coaching job Mike and Quinn have done given everything we had to deal with. Must give credit to the front office. They filled needs the right way even when we didnt agree.
