Why Wade Should be Fired

This team was not prepared. It is clear that several players did not no which plays were being run or what the play called entailed. Defense could not even sub right and before every play there is pointing, position switching, players signaling other players to get into the correct position, its clear these players need more time learning the basics of the plays. On top of that you have offense players running wrong routes, blocking the wrong holes, QBs looking like they have not thrown with out a splint on....

Maybe we can get a HC who does not give players days off UNTIL they at least know the playbook.

I think this is Wade's last hoorah, unless he is able to somehow pull out a miracle.

The problem is what direction we go after him.

Will JJ go for a young, top assistant from an NFL team, or a top college coach?

I thought JJ would simply put in Garrett as the HC, but I don't think so right now.

I dont know how you can say they werent prepared, the defense was just amazing for 55 minutes.

They were done in by a QB who cant avoid turnovers and the defense playing vanilla on the Pitt TD drive.
