We do have a coaching problem. Dallas hasnt been a well oiled machine since spagnola left. There is something missing, it is hardcore leadership. Dallas has faded in december. We do have problems tackling.( maybe becuase we dont hit all week). We still are the 2nd most penalized team in the NFl. Those things are basic coaching fundimentals. This team lacks confidence and in your face swagger. Dallas has become apoligist like wade. Time for wade to go. Im not saying during the season......but the second our season ends. Prossman

Apparently he was hanging out the Pats and Steelers camps earlier this season trying to pick up on the 3-4 defense. I think Shanny is a great coach, how well he would do here is another thing altogether.
