Why was the PI on TO a no call???? (but contact was)

The play we went deep to TO and 2 flags were thrown.

1 early. 1 late.

They called an illegal contact but the flag downfield next to TO was never explained.

It couldnt be a late call for contact because this was 30-40 yards downfield.

Sorry for being a little vague, hope you guys recall the play I am talking about.

I call BS they are 2 seperate penalties. But I must say after seeing the replay it didnt look like PI to me just an underthrown ball.

It was PI enough to draw the flag but not PI enough to make the flag stick......

Agreed thats what makes it some what ridicilous. The ref was right there and threw the flag for PI. How often do those flags actually get picked up? Not very.

I have two questions for you guys....I was at the game, so they never really gave an explanation, and i forgot to set the dvr (THANK GOODNESS!!) ...but it was two seperate plays.

1st - The penalty on Ware? It looked like a false start on the 3rd and 4 down by the goalline early in the game...and Ware flintched and then a flag was thrown?? They called something on us, but we couldn't understand the official when he gave the call.

2nd - At the end of the half - goes from 3rd and 20 to 1 and 10??? Did we get a flag for Bill throwing the red flag under 2:00 minutes. If this is the case...HOW IN THE HECK could the official upstairs not call down for a review?? Pretty obvious to us, even in the stands??

That was the worst officiating crew I had seen all season. Really bad. Now, don't misunderstand me, Dallas lost anyway. I would like for refs to be more responsible though.

That was called delay of game on the defense for a "non-football" move. I have never, ever heard that call.
