I really don't understand why people are freaking out about the back-up qbs. I have read countless posts about how people are scared about the back-up qb situation.
Well, who was the back-up qb last year?
Henson and Romo? No way!
We went into last season with a 41 year old qb with fresh back-to-football Henson and undrafted Tony Romo as backups.
This year we have a younger and very durable starter. We have Romo who has far progressed from where we have last year. We have Henson who can't be appreciably worse.
Any yet people are still talking about it as if it is life-threatening to not bring in a back-up and saying the most idiotic things I have heard.
Several times I have actually heard morons on this board say:
"Parcells will never go into this season relying on Romo and Henson as backups."
WHAT THE HELL DID HE DO LAST YEAR?
Sorry to be colorful, but I often wonder if some people think before they comment or if they just reflexively spout out things to argue over.
