CeeDee will never be healthy. He too small and will always have to play dinged up.
Literally one of the best interviews ever. AI was hilariously.“We sitting in here–I’m supposed to be the franchise player, and we in here talking about practice. I mean, listen, we talking about practice. Not a game. Not a game. Not a game. We talking about practice. Not a game. Not the game that I go out there and die for and play every game like it’s my last. Not the game. We talking about practice, man.”

With Washington (walking boot) and Tolbert (hamstring) sitting out, coupled with Gallup's rehab for his ACL injury, it left a shortage at receiver. Second-year pro Simi Fehoko worked primarily with the No. 1 receivers opposite CeeDee Lamb.
So much for not needing Amari Cooper from Jerry Dumbo GM and Stephen hoghead VP Jones. The Cowboys WR position went from strength to big time weakness.
Cowboys will be back in the market for a veteran WR and Jerry Dumbo GM Jones only got it right one time which was the player he traded away.
Wait.....what.....this is still the month of May, did I miss something, is the season starting next month?
I had not heard of Washington and a “ walking “ boot ? What’s the deal . Was it a fashion statement or a concern to the medical staff ?
As far as depth I see no reason the UDFA out of Wake Forest Roberson can’t make this team .
Amari would've been hurt right there with him lol....you must be forgetting all the injuries he had to "play with" here. You guys have to come to grips that they no longer wanted Amari. Right or wrong they didnt' want him here. With Washington (walking boot) and Tolbert (hamstring) sitting out, coupled with Gallup's rehab for his ACL injury, it left a shortage at receiver. and the three years we won it all? a feat not surpassed by many in this world. What that doesn't count? Why not ?Being able to pick the right piece of land to drill isn't the same as being the GM of a football team. Jerry is a football moron and we have 26 consecutive years of proof.

They didn't have to have Amari at his current contract they could've restricted his deal to have a lower cap hit and they didn't. They even structured his deal that would allow for them to get from under it.Despite the nagging lower body injuries Amari played and played well in most of those games. What’s clear is the Cowboys didn’t want him under his current contract. We’ll see if they end up regretting it. He led our WR group against San Francisco with 6 catches for 64 yards and one TD. Cedrick Wilson was our second leading WR in the game. Both Wilson and Amari led the team with 10 targets in that game. Neither are here anymore and the WR we’re going to be counting on only had one catch in that game.
You get an A+ for that one.“We sitting in here–I’m supposed to be the franchise player, and we in here talking about practice. I mean, listen, we talking about practice. Not a game. Not a game. And Amari did not play well in most games. Chance's are if it was a road game or against a good team he was either average or below average. He wasn't alone in that regard but as Cowboy fans we can't complain about seeing the same team over and over again and complain soon as they get rid of the same players that contributed to us getting kicked out of the first round. 64 yards in a playoff game is pedestrian for a #1 receiver.
TrueIf something happens to CeeDee while Gallup is still out this could be the worst receiving core we’ve had since entering the 2018 season. Once you get past CeeDee we have no one that’s been a productive receiver.
Something something about Jimmeh calling the shots.and the three years we won it all? a feat not surpassed by many in this world. What that doesn't count? Why not ?
Not really. The Cowboys WR position went from strength to big time weakness.
