Heath starting over Wilcox can very well be the difference in this weeks game against the Dolphins. I hope it's Heath. Has anyone heard anything?

Let's move Sean Lee back there. I'm tired of anyone there that is labeled a safety at this moment.

Why is it so hard for us to find a decent safety? I know, I know....if we decide to play Jones there full time, then we'll have found one and I also realize that we've not spent a high pick on one since Roy Williams....but you'd think we could've converted a corner into a decent FS. Every year leading up to the draft you read about a bunch of corners that need to keep plays in front of them and how a positional change might be necessary at the next level. You'd think we could've drafted and hit on one of these, but nope it's been a revolving door of subpar to bad safeties year after year.

Wilcox can do special teams.. outside of that I don't want him anywhere near the field when the defense is up.

Rather see Heath out there, who can actually catch a football, than watch Wilcox take an awful angle to the ball carrier
With no Mo we need Jones at corner. And truthfully, I rather keep him there. And in the off season go after a non project safety.

It's really telling when we have to debate between Heath and Wilcox. In the past no one wanted to see Heath on the field. Now we're debating it. Geez Wilcox...

Heath intercepts a couple of poorly thrown passes and we suddenly want him on the field more?

Breaking on poorly thrown balls is also known as ball skills so yes a S that shows ball skills deserves playing time. He made plays and no one else has been making plays. I think all 3 of them need to be rotated and insecure in their role with the club moving forward. Rookie is going to play corner all game so we need all 3 of them to play well.
