As I said, Minnys defense will be able to put Brees on his back early and that always rattles Brees and slows him down. No outsmarting there. He's just gonna pop him in the mouth.

If the can't get to Brees is wont matter how smart he is, you don't beat Brees without getting pressure on him.

Dak is playing on a poorly coached team and his weapons haven’t been that good either. He played behind a broken down OL this year with his top playmaker out for six games suspended. Dak was solid the first eight games until Zeke and Tyron went out. You can have Cam Newton. You’re completely lost if you think Dak was worse than Cassell and Weeden. You are not to be taken seriously.

Every time people talk about the OL being awful, I just have to shake my head. Green obviously had that 1 putrid performance, but after that defenses just realized Dak crumbles when he gets a lot of pressure overall. The coaches/Dak never adjusted, and now the offensive line gets blamed when they were average at worst outside that performance by Green.

One thing about the Saints and Payton, they find ways to put guys into position to be successful. They don't force square pegs into round holes and they certainly don't say, "just line up and beat your man"

Sure they weren't as good as last year just like every other offensive position group, but they were the only position group on offense that played above average over the course of the year. You're usually going to look worse than you actually perform if everybody besides you are bad.
