The Baltimore Ravens are reportedly ‘eyeing’ a trade up to obtain Sooner Lane Johnson.
The reports come from NFL Soup, a website dedicated to Fantasy Football and NFL Player news.
Currently, the Super Bowl Champions have the No. 32 pick in the draft.
But according to NFL Soup, they may trade up in order to take the Sooners’ offensive tackle.
“There is no official word on whether or not the Ravens are actually prepared to trade up or what it will take to do so, but if the Ravens seriously want Johnson, they’ll almost certainly have to move up to get him.
“In fact, they’ll have to move up almost 30 spots to be absolutely certain they’ll get him, as the Oakland Raiders have been rumored to be thinking about selecting the Sooner.
“That doesn’t appear to be in the cards for the Super Bowl champs, but the Lane Johnson watch is on, and if he somehow slips out of the top-10, we can start to think about the Ravens making a play for him.”
So, in case you’re keeping count … the eyes of the NFL on Lane Johnson include the Raiders, Dolphins, Saints and Lions.
