There's really no reason to re-do his contract this early. He could blow out his knee next season, for all we know, and there might not even be a 2011 season.

He's not playing on his rookie contract anymore. He already got a big bonus. Maybe he's underpaid, but that's the risk he took by accepting what was -- at the time -- an extremely good contract for him.

You think about extending him in 2012, or maybe in 2011 if there's a new CBA, but certainly not now.
