I think once he gets back there will be a noticeable improvement in the run game which also means gaining more time of possession. Less time the defense is on the field the better for this team.

That does not mean you can not still air it out. But it would be nice to see the Cowboys bleed the clock more in the second half with a lead.

Agreed, but I’m hoping he’s at least better than Steele. If Jones gets comfortable here and isn’t any better than Steele, that will have been a poor trade. I suspect that’s how it will play out.

Brock Hoffman > TJ Bass

Hoffman is a way better run blocker and pass protector. Should have kept Hoffman over Bass. Another dumb No-Schott mistake.
