Will defensive philosophies change if we hire from within?

Being that these assistant coaches worked under Quinn, will we be running what they used this season, or do you think we will change things up? This team can get stuck in their ways at times. I'm scared to think that we will be like that offense, and keep some of the plays from our previous OC and use them in the season along with the current coaches scheme. I don't want us to do this defensively, we need different ideas and tendencies better than what we put out this season... Please give your thoughts and opinions

If you're going to change philosophies for 2024 you're gonna need to overhaul the roster in one offseason.

It's not impossible, but just remember who will be doing the overhaul.

I mean to even avoid that you just made my head hurt lol, but to avoid all that maybe just philosophies as simple as blitzing more, playing more man, less safeties on the field etc
