I personally think Shepard is the better option. And he will be available in Rd 3

I agree. Shepard can run routes And catch the ball. Very good route runner. The raiders drafted spied for two decades, very rarely works at the next level. Speed is great but speed alone doesn't work as well at the next level where there is speed all over the field
