These are elite coaching positions that should only go to the very best in the world, not "we like our guys" former players. 99.99% of players do not go on to become good coaches. How did the Garrett hire go for us?

You are supporting the Jerry status quo, and you wonder why I am negative.

Why don’t you bring up coaches on other teams in the same position? You may be right but it would strengthen your argument and maybe not make you seem like a troll.

You start at the high school and college levels, and then work your way up. You don't just step into an elite coaching position without any experience unless the guy hiring you is an absolute moron.

What experience does your boy Brady have as a coach or executive?
